宝尊：专营“淘宝建店”

闫荣伟 你也许并不知道：李宁所有门店中的销售冠军并不是某个区域的线下实体店，而是李宁在淘宝商城的官方旗舰店，这家店2009年的交易额已超过5000万元。
而促成这一切的幕后推手，则是来自国内最大的电子商务服务商——上海宝尊公司（以下简称“宝尊”），目前这家企业正以每年500%的增长率迅猛成长着。宝尊创始人仇文彬表示，宝尊的主要商业模式是为众多世界巨头运营品牌旗舰店或专营店，以及在淘宝网上为其搭建旗舰店,gucci borse，简单地说就是做品牌的“网上零售商”,abercrombie fitch，并提供一揽子的电子商务服务。
近日，与淘宝共生的成长路径也为宝尊引来了阿里巴巴的战略投资。“预计到2010年底，公司的销售额能冲到3亿元人民币，到2011年争取做到7亿元以上。”仇文彬说。
傍上淘宝
1992年毕业于清华大学电子工程专业的仇文彬曾经在国营单位工作了一年，其后又在HP、SUN等知名IT外企工作6年，主要负责帮助企业实施IT规划，以及互联网骨干网的搭建。
仇文彬的第一次创业发生在2000年，当时公司的主营业务是为消费类企业提供供应链管理和服务。但让他困惑的是：一直没有找到企业的核心价值在哪里？直到2007年初，仇文彬找到了电子商务这一新方向，从而创立了宝尊。仇文彬说，宝尊的优势是多年来形成的行业经验和技术积累，他同时还花9个月时间开发了一套系统，主要是对企业的商品、促销和会员等流程和环节进行管理。
在这个系统之上，仇文彬搭建了一个员工购买平台。仇文彬的本意是在飞利浦、强生、惠而浦等公司内部实现员工购买，即让大公司的员工在购买自己公司的产品时享受会员价，并且在不同的客户之间实现互通。当十几个公司形成一个生态系统之后，互相开放，这一购买量是相当可观的。
这一模式看起来很美好,BABYLISS VOLUME WAVES，并且在美国已经有类似的公司实现了盈利。但是，宝尊却在现实中，遇到了很大的问题，这并不是一个初创型的公司能够解决的。仇文彬说，由于目标客户都是知名的大客户，这些客户决定一件事情的周期非常漫长。比如，宝尊为飞利浦搭建了官方商城，但宝尊从中获得的服务收入对于维持公司的发展来说是杯水车薪的。到2007年底，摆在仇文彬面前的只有干枯的现金流。
转机往往发生在最困难的时期。2008年淘宝推出网上商城，飞利浦决定要在淘宝上建立旗舰店。由于此前仇文彬和飞利浦积累的合作关系，宝尊拿下了这笔单子，成为了飞利浦淘宝旗舰店的电子商务服务商，宝尊也从中收到了第一笔服务费。
飞利浦淘宝店的单月销售量急剧上升，在示范效应的带动下，惠普、美的、李宁等知名品牌也陆续成为宝尊的客户。于是，仇文彬决定将宝尊的定位转变为：为品牌商家提供各类电子商务外包服务，并协助品牌商家建立和运营网店,sac louis vuitton。
宝尊的业务也开始进一步延伸,peuterey donna。仇文彬说,mulberry purse，在为李宁建旗舰店时,borsa gucci，李宁还提出了另一个要求：即除了在淘宝上开店，还要建立一个独立的官方商城,borsa gucci。于是，宝尊就用自主研发的软件系统，在2周的时间内建成了李宁的官方商城，其中包括进销存管理、仓储物流管理、电子商务系统平台等模块。
事实上，像李宁这样的品牌客户的多重需求还是比较多的。于是，仇文彬决定把两种业务模式合二为一，在公司的结构以及人员设置上完全以品牌客户为核心，一个客户品牌对应一个宝尊的经营团队。截至2010年4月底，宝尊共与20个著名的消费品品牌进行了直接合作，一方面为这些品牌建设淘宝旗舰店，同时又为其建设独立的官方商城。
仇文彬说，针对在淘宝建立旗舰店的客户,以爱国的名义营销？ “69圣战”走红网络 tS，宝尊采取收取销售佣金的方式，而不同的客户提取不同的比例，一般在15%至25%之间；如果涉及到电子商务需要的产品拍照、制作等，则需要单独收费；而建立官方商城的客户，宝尊的收费则分为两部分：一是建站时要收的服务费（包括系统搭建，网站设计，装修，数据对接IT应用等），二是后期运营的销售佣金（比例为15%至25%之间）。如果涉及到电子商务需要的产品拍照、制作等也需要单独收费，而如果需要涉及到官方商城的整体推广，宝尊也会收取一定比例的市场推广服务费。
线上奥特莱斯
2008年,hermes kelly，阿里巴巴集团宣布实施“大淘宝”战略，旗下的淘宝网随即推出“淘拍档”平台。阿里巴巴集团试图通过投资和合作等扶持政策，推动网络购物产业链的全方位发展。而成立于2008年年中的阿里巴巴集团战略投资部，也有意斥资2亿~3亿美元用于投资电子商务产业链及相关行业。这时,Mulberry Bayswater，宝尊的快速增长也吸引了阿里巴巴战略投资的目光。阿里巴巴方面称,投资宝尊是支持大淘宝战略和扶持电子商务服务商的一个重要举措。
对于新获的资金，仇文彬说，这笔投资主要是用于2010年10月淘宝网即将上线的新频道淘奥特莱斯（Ooulets），这个频道是由淘宝和宝尊联合运营的，做的是“线上奥特莱斯”的概念，主要销售名牌的折扣产品。目前已确定包括耐克、李宁等运动品牌，另外服装、鞋、化妆品等产品会进驻。
在仇文彬对于电子商务的理解中,中外资健康险公司打响医疗资源争夺战 mK，电子商务产品的生命周期共分为三个阶段：新品导入、主街市场和库存清理，而产品在这三个不同的时期，分别由品牌官方的在线商城、淘宝旗舰店和网上奥特莱斯来完成。此次阿里巴巴对宝尊的投资，正是覆盖仇文彬预想的电子商务产品最后一公里。

两封邮件“矛盾”
